Announcement: Fifth Issue of the Council Connect Magazine is Available Now!
For 70 years, Tri-City Construction Council has provided its members a wide range of services including:
The annual Tri-City Construction Council (TCCC) Scholarship Program application for 2024 is now available. Application can be downloaded at the link below.
The deadline for submissions is April 19, 2024.
PURPOSE: To provide a $2,500 scholarship to deserving students.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited public or private college, university or trade school. Please download the scholarship application for full details regarding the Criteria and Application Process.
NOTE: Application Form MUST be Submitted Electronically. Supporting Documents may be a combination of physical and electronic documents, if necessary, but electronic submission of all documents is preferred.
DEADLINE for scholarship application is April 19, 2024. The application must be received by that date (no exceptions).

Each year the Yakima Valley Construction Federation presents Scholarships to eligible students in Central Washington. Each Scholarship is awarded to a deserving high school graduate who is preparing for a career in the Construction Industry.
To Apply:
- Provide this SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION completely filled out. You can also print a copy from our website www.yakimaplancenter.com under Yakima Valley Construction Federation Scholarship.
- Provide your current sealed transcript, your resume and three letters of recommendation.
- Keep a copy of your Scholarship Application Packet for your records.
- Scholarship Application Packets must be postmarked by April 1.
- Selection of Scholarship recipients will be decided by June 1.
- Selection of Scholarship recipients will be made by the Yakima Valley Construction Federation Scholarship Committee appointed annually by the Board of Directors.
- Scholarship checks will be awarded upon proof of acceptance to the college (university or trade school).
- Checks will be written to and sent to the college.

- Team Registration is first come, first serve. If teams are full, you will be placed on the waiting list.
- Members in Good Standing with Tri-City Construction Council get Priority Team Registration.
- Two Teams can be requested but are Not Guaranteed! If Approved, Two Hole Sponsorships are Required.
