Projects can be submitted directly via email to bidinfo@tcplancenter.com. You may attach documents, depending on your email provider’s size limits. For larger files, please include a download link instead.

Alternatively, our Project Upload tool is available and upon completion of the online form, you’ll be redirected to attach files for submission.

No. Both Members and Non-Members receive the benefit of flat rate color printing on all technical drawings with lines and partial page renderings at no extra cost. Printing costs are based on “standard” projects. Ink dense or custom projects will be subject to price adjustments.

Yes. Reserving the Large Meeting Room is a member-only benefit. Contact Scott via email: scott@tcplancenter.com or phone: 509-582-7424 to discuss details.

Event Space contains a television, whiteboards, 8 long tables and 40 folding chairs. Wifi access is available. Please note that Parking Space is Limited at this location. Additional parking available around the corner of the chain link fence surrounding the parking lot.

Please consider the following before contacting:

  • What kind of event are you hosting?
    • Training, Workshop, or Other
  • Will you need access to the building outside of regular offices hours?
    • Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Do you need to connect a laptop or other device to the TV?
    • If yes, do you have the right cables to connect?
  • Is there anything else we should know?

Membership Dues are invoiced quarterly until the Plan Center receives written notice of cancellation. If you have requested to cancel or your account has been cancelled for non-payment, please email Scott for any membership status or billing related inquiries.
